滚动轴承密封装置技术的研究

摘要

The main contents of sealing technology is used in research and development of appropriate seals under different conditions and the communion of the ring material with the appropriate grease and so on.This paper describes the trends of structure, properties and using, sealing technology of external sealing form with contact and non-contact type which are commonly used in rolling bearing, to constantly improve the bearing seal technology and lay the technological foundation for improving the life of bearing under different conditions.%密封技术主要研究内容,就是研究开发应用于不同工况下的相应密封装置,以及该密封圈材料与相应润滑脂的共融性等.本文主要介绍滚动轴承常用的接触式与非接触式的外加密封形式的结构,性能及选用、密封技术的发展趋势,不断提高轴承密封化技术,为提高轴承在不同工况下的使用寿命打下技术基础.
