This thesis analyses the statistics about the investigation of administrative proceedings tiling case from 2006 to the first half of 2009, in a western primary court.We can know the total number of cases that they coped with increased with a drop, and the proportion of its rejecting prosecution keep a surging momentum according to the thesis.In the trial, the proportion of the nolle prosequi of the prosecutor has a tendency of dropping.The top cases they coped with are about demolition and labor in recent years.%通过对西部某基层法院2006到2009年上半年行政诉讼立案审查数据的分析,可得知,其受案总数在上升中有回落,其驳回起诉比例保持激增势头,在审理中,原告撤诉比例呈下降趋势,这些年排前的受案类型是拆迁与劳保案件.
