ERP财务系统在企业敏捷化中的应用

摘要

信息化建设是企业提升敏捷性的关键,而财务系统又是企业管理信息系统的核心.文章以ERP财务系统设计为中心,提出敏捷财务链的概念及模型,并在此基础上提出一个财务决策支持系统(FDSS)模型,描述它们的运行机制,分析它们在企业敏捷化的应用,最后通过CTRS指标体系对实施了ERP财务系统和FDSS系统的企业进行敏捷性评价.%Informatization construction is the key to enhance the enterprise business agility, and the financial system is the linchpin of the enterprise MIS.This paper focuses on the construction of ERP financial system, proposes the concept and model of agile financial chain, and on this basin to propose a model of financial decision support system (FDSS), describes their operating mechanism, analyse their application in agile enterprise.Finally,by use of the CTRS index system to evaluate the agility of the enterprise which implementation of ERP financial system and FDSS system.
