一种基于PDI USBD12温度测控系统的硬件设计

     

摘要

由于传统的RS232串口总线和PCI总线很难满足今天数据传输要求比较高的工业控制领域,本文提出了一种采用新型热电偶转换器MAX6675以及USB接口芯片PDI USBD12、以模块化为设计核心的温度测控仪表系统.该系统采用模块化设计,便于与单片机互连,容易实现温度采集和过程控制、提高控制系统的控制精度,可广泛应用于高温测控领域,实践证明,该系统的成本低、体积小、可靠性强.%As the traditional RS232 serial bus and PCI bus can not meet the demand of the industrial control field, which needs higher requirement in the data transmission, this paper presents a new type temperature measurement and control instrumentation systems which uses thermocouple converter MAX6675 and the USB interface chip PDI USBD12 and regards modularization as the core of design. The system adopts modular design and is easy to interconnect with the microcontroller, realize temperature collection and process control and improve the accuracy of the control system. It can be widely used in high temperature measurement and control field. Practice proves that the system has lower cost, smaller size, stronger reliability.
