基于灰色理论的欠发达地区楼字经济研究

摘要

近年来我国城市经济发展中涌现出楼宇经济的新经济形态,但相关数据不足,定量分析较少.为此,文章将灰色系统理论运用于楼宇经济的分析当中,在构建楼宇经济的分析指标之后,基于灰色绝对关联度,提出了基于少数据的楼宇经济灰色分析模型.并将模型运用于某城区的具体分析当中,得出了关于中部不发达地区发展楼宇经济的措施和对策,为发展楼字经济、评估工作成效以及进一步研究提供了基础.%In recent years building economy has became a new kind of economic form in the development of urban economy in our country. In this paper, author applies the principle of grey system theory to analyze building economy. Based on grey relevance degree, author establishes the grey analytical model of building economy.Using this model, an urban area in central China has been fully discussed. In this case author finds out main factor of building economy and gain valuable suggestions which are beneficial to developing urban economy and standardization of building economy evaluation.
