高职院校健美操选修课教学效果探析

高职院校体育课的大纲在不断的变化,选修课的开展势在必行.健美操很受学生的欢迎,现以咸阳职业技术学院为例,分析了健美操教学的现状,提出了健美操教学的初步构想,以便提高健美操选修课的教学效果.%With the higher vocational college physical educatioh syllabus constantly changing, elective courses are imperative to meet the status.Students are very popular with aerobics, Therefore, the author takes Xianyang higher vocational and technical school elective aerobics as an example,analyzes the present teaching situation, puts forward some contents and methods of teaching reform, which can improve teaching effect.
