建筑工程全过程质量控制

摘要

The quality of building engineering depends on the fact that building engineering must meet the relative rules and requirements in the contract including of the direct and talent functions of safety, utilization, durability and environment-protection. Building engineering's quality control consists of five integral parts of investment decision, survey and design service, erection, acceptance and utilization of engineering quality. The paper will present the useful theoretical discussion and research about the integral process of building engineering's quality control.%建筑工程质量是指反映建筑工程满足相关标准规定或合同约定的要求,包括其在安全、使用功能及其在耐久性能、环境保护等方面所有明显和隐含能力的特性总和.抓建筑工程质量必须在投资决策、勘察设计、施工安装、工程质量验收和使用五个阶段全过程进行质量控制.本文就以上建筑工程全过程质量控制进行了有益的理论探讨和研究.
