高校辅导员,也叫学生政治辅导员,是对高校学生进行思想政治教育的"排头兵",但是近年来,高校辅导员思想政治教育工作却呈现出弱化的趋势.本文将着重分析这一现象形成的原因,并在此基础上提出一些建议.%College counselors, also named students' political instructors, are file leader of conducting ideological and political education to students in college. However, in recent years, college counselors' ideological and political education work is weak. This paper analyzed the causes and on this basis, put forward some suggestions.
