改进BP神经网络在预测房地产价格指数中的应用

摘要

The simulation non-linear model should be used to carry on the forecast to the non-linear tendency real estate price index. A model with improved algorithm is developed to predict real estate price index based on BP artificial neural network. The research results show that the network has good ability to reflect the intrinsic change rules with higher predicted precision.%要对非线性趋势房地产价格指数进行预测,就必须利用模拟非线性的模型,采用BP人工神经网络的改进算法,建立了基于BP神经网络的房地产价格指数预测模型.结果表明:该模型预测精度较高,能较好地反映房地产价格指数内在变化规律.
