This paper introduces the design of Silver Lake Road Reconstruction Project of Wuhu City, through the reinforcement of existing concrete pavement and the waterproofing and anti-reflective treatment of old concrete slab cracks, it takes the old panel after the reinforcement as the basis of the new asphalt concrete pavement, takes advantage of the strength of old cement concrete pavement, solves the problems brought by excavating old panel to transform, such as, long period, high cost and spoil pollution and so on, to provide the design parameters and design experience for the upgrading of municipal roads in the future.%文章介绍了在芜湖市银湖路改造工程设计中,通过对现有水泥混凝土路面进行加固处理的基础上,以及对旧水泥混凝土板缝的防水与防反射裂缝处理,将加固处理后的旧面板作为新加铺沥青混凝土路面的基层,充分利用了旧水泥混凝土路面的强度,解决了过去常采用的将旧面板挖除然后进行改造所带来的工期长、造价高及弃渣对环境的污染的问题,对今后市政道路改造升级提供相关设计参数与设计经验.
