哈尔滨市农村环境治理的瓶颈及制约性因素剖析

本文针对当前哈尔滨市农村环境治理过程中存在的问题进行了总结,同时对问题产生的制约性因素运用经济学原理,从市场与政府两个维度进行了深入的剖析,旨在为更好地解决农村环境问题进行有意义的探索.%This paper summed up the problems in current rural environment improvement of Harbin, while this paper uses principles of economics to analyze the constraints on the problems from the two dimensions of market and government, in order to better resolve rural environmental problems.
