网络文化的产生对人类社会产生了始料未及的影响,它所创造的技术和产业神话,引发了物质生产方式和社会生活的巨大变革.网络文化在为社会生活创造便捷和舒适的同时,也对意识形态产生了深刻的影响.本文从解析网络文化入手,重点阐释网络文化对意识形态产生的负面影响,并从法律、道德、技术的角度就网络文化视阁下如何解决网络文化负效应,加强意识形态建设提出解决的办法.%Intemet culture has had an unexpected effect on human society. The technology and indistrial myth it created resulted in the huge reform for material production mode and social life. Intemet culture creates a convenient and comfortable social life and at the same time exerted a profound ideological impact. Starting from the interprating of intemet culture, the paper focused on the explaination of network culture and its negative impact on ideology amd proposed the solutions for the solving of network culture negative effects and strengthen of ideological building from the angles such as law,morality and technology.
