体育院校后进生转化工作的几点思考

后进生的转化是学校教育面临的一项重要任务,体育院校尤显突出.本文从体育院校学生的特点出发,结合自己的教育工作实际,对体育院校后进生的转化工作总结了几点自己的体会.%Conversion of backward pupil is an important task for school particularly in sports colleges. This paper starts from the characteristics of students in physical school, combining with actual work experience of education, sums up my experience of conversion of backward pupil for physical school.
