工程公司造价管理人员能力评价体系研究

         

摘要

现代工程公司之间的竞争随着市场化的深入日趋激烈,优秀的造价管理人员无论对于工程公司在前期获取项目,实施过程中控制项目成本赢得利润都具有至关重要的作用.本文在层次分析法的基础上,以定性分析为基础构建合理的造价管理人员评价指标体系,并在该指标体系之上对造价管理人员进行定量分析,适用于工程公司对于造价管理人员的考核评价.通过评价结果反映的情况,针对造价管理人员应具备的核心能力进行招聘和培养,有利于公司的人力资源管理水平的提高.%The competition between modern engineering companies is increasingly fierce with the market depth. The excellent cost manager both has the crucial role in obtaining the project in the early and controlling the cost and winning profits in the implementation process for the engineering company. On the basis of AHP, this paper constructed a reasonable evaluation index system of cost manager based on qualitative analysis, and conducted quantitative analysis of cost manager for engineering companies by the index system, to adapt to the personnel appraisal for the cost manager. Through the situation reflected by evaluation result and based on the core ability of the roost manager should have to recruit and train is conducive to improve the level of company's human resources management.
