浅谈48+3×80+48悬浇连续梁施工工艺

摘要

结合工程实例介绍预应力悬浇连续梁的现浇施工工艺,全面总结了从现浇支架的搭设,轻型菱形挂篮的拼装、主墩与梁体的临时固结,到分段预应力钢束张拉、灌浆、封锚全过程的施工工艺,提供了相应的施工方法、预应力张拉等各种技术数据,旨在对今后类似连续梁的施工起到借鉴作用.%Combining the engineering project, the paper introduced the pre-stressed continuous bearn hanging cast-in-place pouring technology.Comprehensively summarized the cast-in-place support setting up, the assembling of light diamond basket, the temporary solidifying of host pillar and beam, the partition pre-stressed steel, grouting and seal of anchor. Related construction method and all kinds of technical data of pre-stress are proposed to provide reference for future silimar continuous beam construction.
