本科生导师制是我国高等教育改革的重要组成部分,对于学分制的完善、培养个性化教育和推行素质教育都具有重要的意义,我国高校的本科生导师制应该从专业指导、就业指导、生活指导和思想指导四个方面实施.%Undergraduate tutorial system is one of important part of higher education revolution in China. It is meaningful both for perfection of the credit system and push of individual education and quality-oriented education. Undergraduate tutorial system in college and university should be implemented from professional guidance, employment guidance, living guidance and thought guidance.
