浅谈东北石油大学青年教师品德素养教育

摘要

高校师资队伍进一步年轻化,是我国的高校师资队伍建设在大众化高等教育的需求下取得的令人瞩目的成绩.东北石油大学注重青年教师在职业、学校、学生、学术和教学科研等方面"五心"品德素养教育,师资队伍整体素质逐年提高.%The faculty member in higher school is beooming younger and younger, which is an outstanding feat got during its development as the higher education is more public. In Northest Petroleum University, five types of moral characters including profession, school, student, academic and research are emphasized, so the quality of all the faculty members is promoting increasingly.
