浅析建筑工程中人防设计阶段的造价控制

With the economic development, urban construction of the basement and garage become more and more, which propose higher requirements to the design and quality of basement with peacetime amphibious function and put forward higher understanding to rationality and economic benefits of project cost control. Therefore, this article mainly makes discussion on how to do well the cost control of civil air defense design stage and the problems in implementation.%随着经济的发展,城市的地下室及车库建设也越来越多,这就对具备平战两用功能的人防地下室设计和施工质量提出了更高的要求,同时也对工程造价控制的合理性和经济效益提出了更高的认识.为此,本文作者主要就如何做好建筑工程人防设计阶段的造价控制及实施中存在的问题进行了探讨.
