物资采购招标过程中的评标方法探讨

摘要

To ensure the science and equitableness of bid opening, this paper introduces the Multi-attribute-analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and then introduces the application for these methods on bid opening of material purchase in CETC38, and the paper gives two examples to support the application.At last, the applicability area of those methods is given.%为保证定标的科学性和公平性,本文主要介绍了多属性分析法和模糊综合评判法两种常用决策方法和其在本单位物资采购招标过程中的运用,并分别给出实例进行说明.最后分别给出了这两种决策方法适用的招标项目范围.
