论大众健美操对大学生身心健康的影响

             

摘要

Most of college students are brain workers whom are an important group and their physical and mental health has an important bearing on the future of our country.In this paper, mass calisthenics as the breakthrough point, the beneficial effects of mass aerobics to physical and mental health of university students was analyzed and studied.Establishing a comprehensive view of health in college students, and putting the relationship between fitness and healthy heart through mass aerobics have important role in promoting physical and mental health of students, activating cultural life of campus.%大学生是一个重要的群体,其身心健康直接关系到祖国的未来.本文以我国大众健美操发展的现状为切入点,分析和研究了大众健美操对大学生身心健康的有利影响.通过大众健美操运动,在大学生中树立全面的健康观,摆正健身与健心的关系,对促进学生的身心健康,活跃校园文化生活有重要作用.
