Case analysis method can cultivate students' ability of analysis and decision-making of real-life problem.This paper introduces an innovative and comprehensive method in classroom for using team-based management case analysis.All details of the pedagogy are discussed.The characteristics of the proposed pedagogy are examined.%案例分析方法能培养学生实际问题分析能力和决策能力.通过基于团队的案例分析,在课堂中引入创新的和综合的方法.详细讨论了管理学原理课程中基于团队案例分析的综合教学方法,最后评论了这种方法的特点.
