网络社会的市场经济基础,决定网络社会法观念的现代性,网络社会法观念传播是我国法治建设的推动力.本文试论网络社会中法观念传播对现代法治秩序的重要意义.%The market economy basis of network society determines the modern feature of network society law concept. The law propagation in the network society is the driving force of China's building of rule of law. The paper tries to discuss the important meaning of law propagation to modern rule of law in the network society.
