关于如何搞好新时期工会工作的研究

摘要

With the rapid development of China's economy and the growing scale of business, how to play the role of workers as main force and promote sustainable development of enterprises is the key to practise three represents theory and promote construction of socialist harmony in the new era.As a trade union organization, we need to fully develop the role of trade unions, make efforts to create a new situation of trade union, thus promoting enterprise development.This paper discusses the problems such as learning organization for business and the creation of women workers organizations,corporate culture construction, trade unions self-construction and other issues in hope to improve the quality of trade unions and promote the business develop better and faster.%随着我国经济的飞速发展,企业规模的不断壮大,如何有效发挥广大职工的主力军作用,促进企业的可持续发展,是新时期实践三个代表,推动社会主义和谐建设的关键.作为工会组织,我们要充分发展工会的作用,努力开创新时期工会工作新局面,从而推动企业发展.本文针对企业学习型组织及女职工组织的创建、企业文化建设、工会组织自身建设等问题进行探讨.以期通过本文的阐述提高工会工作质量,从而促进企业更好、更快发展.
