联轴器安装时找中心问题的研究

摘要

The paper studies alignment problem about Couplings' installation. According to the principle of alignment, and the recording methods of the measured data and formulas by bridge gauge in the cylindrical surface and dial gauge on the end surface, it accurately accesses to the deviation, then makes a two-axis center state diagram, and calculates adjustment of the bearing. Based on the amount of adjustment to adjust, it will ensure the connection precision of the two-axis.%本文对于联轴器安装时的找中心问题做了研究.依据找中心的原理,借助于桥规在外圆面上和百分表在端面上测得数据的记录方法和计算公式,精确地获得偏差值,然后做出两轴的中心状态图,再计算轴瓦的调整量.据此调整量进行调整,即可确保两轴的连接精度.
