工学结合人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要

工学结合人才培养模式是高等职业教育培养高技能人才的一种有效的人才培养模式,较大程度的提升了高等职业教育的人才培养质量和就业率,促进了高等职业教育的健康发展.本文分析了河北交通职业技术学院工学结合人才培养模式的形成过程和取得的成效,希望与同行一起推动高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式的发展.%Talent training mode of work-study combination is an effective way of talent training, greatly improves the talent quality and employment rate, and promotes the health development of higher vocational education.This article analyzes the forming process and obtained achievements of talent training mode of work-study combination in Hehei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical Collage in order to accelerate the development of the mode together with peers.
