64例宫腔粘连应用宫腔镜治疗的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨宫腔粘连治疗方法及疗效.方法:经宫腔镜诊断及治疗的宫腔粘连患者64例进行回顾分析.结果所有患者均在术后三次随访3个月、6个月及1年各随访1次.64例患者中月经恢复正常者47例,12例较术前明显增多,但仍未正常,5例经量较前仅稍增多,43例经期腹痛者21例术后得到不同程序缓解,22例腹痛消失.结论:宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连方法简洁、有效、微创,值得基层医院大力推广.%Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and method of treatment of intrauterine adhesions.Methods: Review 64 cases of intrauterine adhesions which are diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy.Follow-up visit results are that 47 patients get normal, 12 patients are obviously better, but are not normal, 5 patients are slightly better, 21 patients among 43 patients who are cramps have been relieved to some extent, and 22 patients' cramps disappear.Conclusion: Hysteroscopic treatment of intrauterine adhesion is simple, effective, minimally invasive, which is worth to promote in grass-roots hospitals.
