依据报道的人类副流感病毒Ⅰ型F蛋白氨基酸序列,通过SPOMA服务器、Signalp3.0服务器预测了F蛋白的二级结构和信号肽;通过TMHMM-2.0服务器预测了F蛋白的跨膜区;通过使用PROTSCALE服务器、SYFPEITHI服务器和Harvard的工具,综合分析得出F蛋白上第190-195和390-399区段可能为抗原肤段区域.该研究结果为副流感亚单位疫苗的研制奠定了基础.%According to the sequence of human parainfluenza viruses F protein from NCBI, the secondary structure and the signal peptide were predicted by the methods of SOPMA and Signalp3.0. The transmembrane domain was predicted by the method of TMHMM- 2.0. Moreover, the antigen domains of F protein possibly localized in the regions of 190-195 and 390-399 by the methods of PROTSCALE、SYFPEITHI and Harvard.These results are helpful for the research of human parainfluenza viruses vaccine.
