公职人员行为失范的火山理论

摘要

近年来,在学术界关于公职人员行为失范问题的研究可谓硕果累累.虽然关于"失范"的很多问题在学术界已经形成了定论,但是到目前为止,就该问题的研究还没有形成一个系统的理论.综百家之说,取众人之长.在此,提出公职人员行为失范的"火山理论",旨在系统地阐明问题之根源,找到解决问题的切入点.%In recent years. the research on the issue of behavior anomie of intPndants in the academia can be descrihed as fruitful. Although there rnare many research results about anomie in the academia, there is not a systematic theory until now. Synthesizing the various theories and selecting strong rnpoints, the paper puts forward the volcano theory on behavior anomie of intendants for expounding the roots and finding out the breakthrough of resolving rnthe problems.
