论当前就业困难学生的原因分析及促进措施

Employment of undergraduates is a broad concept; the result is different with different perspective. This article tries to analyze the cause of unemployment of current undergraduates and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide theoretical foundation for improving the emplovment of undergraduates and accelerating the rational distribution of resource of undergraduates%大学生的就业状况从广义上讲是一个十分宽泛的概念,对当前就业状况,视角不同所得出的结论不尽相同.本文试图通过对当前大学生就业自身原因的分析和产生这一现状原因的研究,提出相应的对策,为改善大学生就业状况,促进大学生资源的合理配置提供一定的理论和现实依据.
