社会主义新农村文化建设是农村经济发展和农民生活水平提高的重要保障,是培育新型农民的必由之路.针对我国新农村文化建设中存在的种种问题和困惑,本文试图从哲学的角度来探索新农村文化建设的依据和路径,提出创新农村文化建设的体制和机制,建立和完善农村文化公共服务体系,加大对农民的教育培训,保护开发传统民间文化资源等举措,以期推动我国社会主义新农村文化建设深入实处.%Cultural construction of socialist new countryside is the important guarantee of rural economic development and the upturn of farmers'living standards, the only route which must be passed to cultivate new farmers. This thesis tries to explore the basis and the path of cultural construction of new countryside from philosophical standpoint, put forward measures of innovating system and mechanism of cultural construction of new countryside,establishing and perfecting public service system of rural culture, increasing farmers' education training, and protecting and developing traditional folk culture resources and so on to promote cultural construction of China's socialist new countryside and put it on a firm footing, aiming at existing various problems and puzzles in the cultural construction of China's socialist new countryside.
