China's economic transformation successively showed some stage characteristics, "simultaneous transformation and development, covering the cost of performance", "target transition swing, development being impaired, the cost highlighting", "system initially setting, basic synchronization development, performance and cost coexisting", "system bosicaly shaping, reasonable cost-sharing, harmonious economic and development".
