多层砖混结构房屋顶层墙体产生裂缝是普遍存在的质量通痛,其危害不可低估:裂缝一般都在建筑外墙装饰装修完工之后显露出来,如果没有一定的技术设备条件很难对其进行修补和控制;裂缝在风吹、日晒、雨淋和其它自然外力作用下不断扩展,将造成外墙渗漏、装饰层破坏脱落,影响建筑物的正常使用功能;裂缝继续扩展,最终对房屋结构产生破坏性影响,缩短使用寿命,给房屋使用者的工作学习及生命财产安全造成严重危害.本文分析了多层砖混结构房屋顶层墙体裂缝的形态及产生机理,给出了防治裂缝的一些有效措施.%The multi-layer brick cracks top wall is a common quality defect, the harm can not be underestimated: cracks are generally exposed after completion of the decoration of exterior wall, it is difficult to repair and control without some technology and equipment condition; cracks constantly expand in the wind, sun, rain and other natural external force, which will cause external leakage, decorative layer damaging off, affecting the normal use of the building; if cracks continue to expand, ultimately, building structure will be impacted devastatingly, shortening life, causing serious harm to work and study ,life and property to the house users. This paper analyzes the top layers of brick wall morphology and the mechanism of crack; some effective measures to control cracks are put forward.
