煤矿职工的不安全行为控制及其重要性分析

煤矿职工的不安全行为是造成煤矿事故的主要原因,控制煤矿职工的不安全行为,对于煤矿生产事故的控制与预防具有非常重要的作用和意义.本文分析了煤矿职工不安全行为的类型、特点及影响因素,提出了从安全教育和安全管理两个对策来消除煤矿职工的不安全行为的措施,并详细地分析了控制煤矿职工不安全行为的重要性,为煤矿企业安全管理,避免或减少煤矿职工不安全行为出现提供有效依据,从而起到减少煤矿事故的发生,实现煤矿企业安全生产的目的.%The main reasons of the mine accdientsis is miners' unsafe behavior. To control the miners' unsafe behavior plays a very important role and significance in controlling and preventing coal production accidents. This paper analyzes the types, characteristics and influence factors of the miners' unsafe behavior, puts forward countermeasures to eliminate the miners' unsafe behavior from safety education and safety management, and analyzes the importance of the control of miners' unsafe behavior in detail. This paper provides effective basis for improving coal mining enterprises safety management, avoiding or reducing the miners' unsafe behavior, thus reducing the number of mining accidents, realizing the goal of the coal mining enterprises's safe production.
