高职楼宇智能校内实训基地运行管理机制探讨

本文分析了楼宇智能校内实训基地的主要功能,并对高职楼宇智能校内实训基地运行管理提出了几点想法,要求实训基地加强校企合作的同时,遵循"企业化管理、市场化运作"思想指导,建立"三位一体"的基地运行模式,从而提高基地的利用效率,确保专业学生的实训效果.%This paper analyzes the main features and makes a few ideas on the management of the building intelligence' s training base.We must enhance the cooperation of business and school, abide by the "enterprise management, market-oriented operation" and establish the running mode of trinity for increasing the utilization of training base and guaranteeing the effect of training.
