煤矿企业安全文化建设的现状及对策研究

摘要

This paper, based on the perspective of construction of safety culture in coal mining enterprises, made a brief analysis of the present safety culture construction and countermeasures in coal mining enterprises.By studying the process of safety culture spread, accumulation and diffusion in coal mining enterprises, from the perspective of corporate culture, we have found an effective way of spreading the safety awareness and safety control,and put forward some reasonable suggestions about the prevention of accidents of coal mining enterprises.%文章基于煤炭企业安全文化建设的视角,对煤炭企业安全文化建设的现状及对策进行简要分析,通过研究企业安全文化在煤炭企业的传播、积累和扩散的过程,从企业文化建设的角度,找到了对煤矿安全生产进行安全认识普及和安全控制的有效途径,并对煤炭企业的安全生产事故的预防提出一些合理化的建议.
