提升河南省地方高校毕业生就业能力对中原经济区建设的影响

摘要

本文通过研究在面临动态变化的外部就业环境时,为适应区域经济建设如何增强本地区高校毕业生的自身就业竞争力.在实现“中原崛起”的总体发展目标前提下,河南省各高校应积极配合中原经济区建设调整专业设置和加强对大学生的就业创业指导工作.%This paper studies the ways to enhance the employability and competitiveness of local college graduates to adapt to regional economic development through research on the external environment for employment in the face of dynamic changes. Under the premise of achieving the overall development objectives of "the Rise of Central China", the universities in Henan Province should actively cooperate with the Central Plains Economic Zone and adjust the professional setting, and strengthen employment and entrepreneurial guidance to college students.
