Through the study and practice of modern safety production management methods and management mechanism, the paper explored the establishment of a set of quantitative models of the safety work pace of the power supply enterprise, and proposed in the special period and the normal period, the pace of work of production safety control requirements, in order to achieve the purpose of quantitative management at all levels of job tasks.%通过对现代的安全生产管理方式和管理机制的研究和实践,探索建立一套适用于供电企业的安全生产工作节奏量化模型,并分别提出在特殊时期和常态时期对安全生产工作节奏的管控要求,从而实现对各级作业任务的量化管理目的.
