锂电池隔膜的安全性与高性能化

     

摘要

The high performance-based and the safety of lithium battery separator is the focus of research in recent years. As the important constituent of lithium battery, the diaphragm can directly affect the performance of battery by its stability. Now, the diaphragm made by the polyolefin material still exists many defects, such as the size stability is poor, die inadaptation of puncture the poor invasive of electrolyte. The diaphragm performance can be improved by selecting new materials, but it still exist many defects. By the surface coating, it can easily simply improve the performance of the diaphragm, especially the performance of high temperature stability and the size of the electrolyte invasive. So the high performance-based and the safety of lithium battery separator can be greatly improved by the inorganic/ organic coating.%锂电池的高性能化与安全性是近年来研究的重点,隔膜性能的稳定直接影响电池的性能.目前以聚烯烃材料的隔膜仍存在较多缺陷,通过选择新材料可以一定程度上改善隔膜性能,但仍存在较多缺陷.通过表面涂覆,能简单方便的改善隔膜的性能,特别是高温下的尺寸稳定性和对电解液的浸润性,通过涂覆无机/有机涂层能极大的改善隔膜性能,改善电池的安全性和提高电池的性能.
