大一新生适应性教育系统工程的构建

摘要

In recent years, the problem for freshmen's adapting is becoming more and more obvious, causing the attention of majority of education workers. The paper constructs trinity's freshmen adaptability education system engineering integrating with perfecting work system, carrying out five projects counselling and taking four feasibility measures to help freshmen better pass adaptive phase.%近年来,大一新生适应问题日益凸现,引起了广大教育工作者的关注.本文构建了集完善工作体制、开展五大专题辅导、采取四项可行性措施的三位一体的大一新生适应性教育系统工程,帮助新生更好地度过适应期.
