The all power supply bureau and subsidiary are more emphasis on the distribution network of production safety management, since the power network company carried out safety production management system. The Guangdong Power Grid Corporation has organized the compilation of Distribution Network Field Operations Key Risk Pre-control Manual, Distribution Network 10 Compulsory Exercise, Basic Skills of Grass -roots Team of the Distribution Network and Core Business Study Manual and Electrical Operation of the Distribution Network Ticket Training Courseware and other training materials, and have organized the production line staff of the distribution network comprehensive training, safety production operation management of distribution network has made considerable progress. However, safety management of the distribution network is still a certain amount of security risks and "shortcomings", a serious threat to the distribution network operation and management of production safety, due to the diversity and complexity of the distribution network production. This article focuses on analysis of security status of the production safety of the distribution network, and proposed remedial measures to ensure the security and stability of the distribution network.%自从网公司开展安全生产管理体系建设以来,公司自上到下各供电局、各子公司都越发重视配网的安全生产管理工作,广东电网公司先后组织编写了《配网现场作业重点风险预控手册》、《配网十个规定动作》、《配网基层班组基本技能和核心业务学习手册》以及《配网电气操作票培训课件》等培训教材,并组织配网生产一线的员工进行了全面的培训,配网安全生产运行管理取得了长足的进步.但是,由于配网生产的多样性和复杂性,配网安全管理工作依然存在一定的安全隐患和“短板”,严重威胁着配网的安全生产运行管理.本文重点剖析了目前配网安全生产中主要存在的安全现状,并提出相关的补救措施,以确保配网的安全和稳定.
