摘要

This paper introduces the thought of constructing new coal industrial cluster with coal resource characteristics and large enterprises as the growth pole using of the theory of industrial cluster. It also puts forward relevant policy suggestions for realizing system supply innovation and enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese coal industry.%本文介绍了以矿区煤炭资源特色和大型优势企业为增长极打造新型煤炭产业集群的思路,并提出了实现制度供给创新,提升煤炭产业国际竞争力的相关政策建议.
