(Method)The method of principal component analysis is be used in this content, (Objective)and evaluated science and technology of innovation ability in the western of twelve provinces in China. And ranked for the provinces of the ability of innovation of science and technology, (Result)analysis to improve the ability of innovation of science and technology approach.%(方法)本文运用主成分分析方法,(目的)对我国西部12省的科技创新能力进行综合评价,对各省的科技创新能力进行排名,(结论)并分析了提高科技创新能力的途径.
