本文通过对改制企业集团面临的问题进行分析,总结出改制企业财务监控体系建设的主要影响因素,并提出改制企业集团财务监控体系建设的对策.%Through analyzing the problems in restructured enterprise group, this article summarizes the main influencing factors of financial monitoring system construction of restructured enterprise, and puts forward the measures on construction of financial monitoring system of restructured enterprise group.
