Electric power communication network is an important infrastructure of power system. On the one hand, electric power communication network is the foundation of a power grid dispatching automation, network operation marketization and management modernization; on the other hand, it is an effective method to ensure that the power grid stability, safety and economics. Along with the development of the computer network and high and new science and technology, electric power communication monitoring system also blended in computer network technology. Computer network participation make electric power communication network management level has been greatly improved.
