行业特色高校核心竞争力培育的途径探析

随着高教管理体制改革和高等教育的发展,行业特色高校正处在分化、转型、发展的重要时期.要实现行业特色高校可持续发展,就必须依靠其竞争优势在加强学科建设、创新人才培养、师资队伍建设、行业发展战略、培育文化引领力等方面培育自身的核心竞争力.%With the reform of higher education management system and development of higher education, colleges and universities with characteristics are in an important period differentiation, transformation and development. To achieve sustainable development of colleges and universities with characteristics, we must rely on its competitive advantage to cultivate their own core competitiveness through strengthening discipline construction, training innovative personnel, building teachers faculty, developing development strategy, and nurturing culture guiding force.
