基于利益平衡观的校企合作模式可持续发展策略研究

摘要

校企合作是应用型本科院校实现其人才培养目标的一种有效途径,构建合理的人才培养模式是保障校企合作成功的基础；通过解析现行校企合作存在的弊端,对校企合作可持续发展的进行深层思考,提出了基于利益平衡观的校企合作模式可持续发展策略.%School-enterprise cooperation is the effective way to realize the talents training goal of applied undergraduate institutions and to build a reasonable training model is the foundation to protect the success of school-enterprise cooperation. Through analyzing the drawbacks of the current school -enterprise cooperation, this paper deeply thinks the sustainable development of schools -enterprises cooperation, and proposes the strategy for sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation model based on the concept of the balance of interests.
