国际交流与合作是实现高职教育国际化的主渠道,也是高职院校实施工学结合的人才培养模式的重要途径.如何完善国际化合作办学,做大做优国际交流与合作,促进高等职业教育国际化发展,已成为目前我国高职教育机构所面临的紧迫任务.为此,西安航空职业技术学院近年来不断推出国际合作与交流的重大举措,由“点”及“面”,的开展了多形式、多层次的国际交流与合作的实践与探索.并总结出了高职院校开展国际交流合作的经验与启示,对其他院校有着一定的借鉴意义.%International exchange and cooperation is a main channel for internationalization and for carrying out the work-integrated learning personnel training mode of higher vocational education. Today, it has become an urgent issue faced by the higher vocational colleges on how to expand and deepen international exchange and cooperation so as to promote the internationalization. This essay takes Xi'an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute as an example, and introduces their practice and exploration on international exchange and cooperation. The enlightenment can be regarded as the reference for some other higher vocational colleges.
