卷烟厂中烟草尘的在线监测技术分析

摘要

Dust from tobacco manufacture processes is one of the most important factors which affect the health and well-being of tobacco industry employees. The installation of contaminants monitory system is aim to monitor and control the contaminants emission rate of indoor dust pollutions and protect the industry working environment and human health. Thus, the research of tobacco dust online monitoring system is necessary. Based on the research of tobacco processing technologies, analysis the category and characteristic of participations This paper discussed the design theory, and methodologies of online dust emission rate monitoring technologies, which is a fundamental work of designing online monitoring system of tobacco industry.%卷烟生产过程中产生的烟草尘是危害厂房内工作人员健康的主要因素之一,对其实施在线监测,有助于实时了解污染程度并及时处理异常情况,能真正达到保护环境和工作人员健康的目的.然而,已有文献鲜有涉及对烟草尘在线监测技术适用性分析的研究.基于此,本文从烟草生产工艺出发,分析了烟草厂中烟草尘的主要来源及其污染特征,进而讨论了目前主要粉尘在线测试技术的原理和特点,为实现烟草尘的在线监测奠定了基础.
