浅谈高校附属医院特色文化建设与研究——以三峡大学第二临床医学院为例

The paper takes the hospital culture construction as the core content of the hospital management to build a hospital culture with innovative features, adheres to management and service concept of "people-oriented", "patient-oriented", full plays the positive role of all teacher-student employees, implements the strategy of enhancing the hospital by culture, to improve the core competitive power of schools and hospitals and promote the health and harmony development of the hospital affiliated to university.%以医院文化建设作为医院管理的核心内容,构建具有“应用创新型”特色的医院文化.坚持“以人为本”、“以病人为中心”的管理和服务理念,充分发挥全体师生员工的积极作用,实施文化强院战略,促进学校和医院核心竞争力的提高,推动高校附属医院健康、和谐发展.
