公路工程施工项目管理中的问题和对策研究

Along with the rapid development of highway construction market, highway construction project management is gradually mature, which plays a foundation role for China's highway construction. However, there are still many problems, some of which are very worrying. Therefore, based on the present situation of highway construction project management, this article studies the existing problems and their countermeasures.%目前我国的公路建设市场正在飞速发展,因此,我国的公路工程施工项目管理工作也在不断发展中渐渐成熟,这也对我国的公路建设起到了奠基作用.但其中仍然存在着不少问题,其中一些问题令人十分担忧.由此,本文基于目前我国公路工程施工项目管理的现状,存在的问题以及其对策进行研究.
